On Saturday, 26 Nov. 22, Minister of Lands, Hon. Deus Gumba, MP visited Chikwawa District to appreciate the activities being implemented by Shire Valley Transformation Project (SVTP). The critical activities being undertaken include Systematic Customary Land Registration and the Construction of irrigation water canal.
The Minister inspected the Data Processing Unit which is responsible for Digital Customary Land youRegistration at Chikwawa District Council Office. Customary Land Registration will not only enhance ownership of land to Malawians, but also assist in solving land conflicts and grab issues which will go a long way in achieving Malawi Vision 2063.
Internal Audit Services on the campain against money laundering. It holds awareness sensitization meetings across Malawi to educate citizens on money laundering and its effects.
