DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Ministry of Lands, through the World Bank financed Agricultural Commercialisation Project (AGCOM) which is under the Ministry of Agriculture, is implementing Land Information Management System (LIMS).

CONSTRUCTION OF 10 THOUSAND HOUSES FOR SECURITY INSTITUTIONS
The Government of Malawi has an interest in reducing shortage of accommodation for its staff working with the Malawi Defense Force, Malawi Police Service, Malawi Prison Service and the Department of Immigration.

CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES FOR PERSONS WITH ALBINISM
After a series of cases of murder for people with albinism, the State President then directed that under the program, a component for the construction of houses for people with albinism should be added.

PUBLIC LAND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN CITIES
Cities are expected to have access to all basic infrastructure including tarmac access roads, water, electricity and sanitation among others. This catalyzes investment on land in form of commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational and residential developments.
