DEPARTMENT OF LAND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LIMS)
This department is responsible for the computerization and networking of operations of the Ministry. The department develops, implements and manages reliable management information systems which provide accurate and timely information and data for management decisions. 

Purpose
The purpose of the department is “To provide information and communication technology services”.

Functions
In order to achieve the above purpose, the department performs the following functions:
  • Enforcement of ICT Services, standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Land Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Management of e-services and ICT infrastructure
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all ICT activities
  • Implement and manage ICT solutions
  • Backup and recovery
  • Provision of user training and support
